We offer a fully equipped kitchen

the peace and quiet of our mountain retreat while being entertained by
the local wildlife.
Four miles from the National Forest
border, you can easily access any of the many activities that our area
offers. Whether your pleasure is to be in the hills, riding the
wild rivers, capturing the thrill of the hunt, learning our history or
just to enjoy the peace of Mother Nature, you can find what your are
seeking here at our 'Birdhouse'.

enthusiast or just want to get away and enjoy the quiet wonder of the
backcountry.
The 'Birdhouse' is an atmosphere that
encourages relaxation and camaraderie. The untouched beauty and the
abundant wildlife is truly a must see for lovers of the great outdoors
and western skies, with the beautiful Salmon River minutes away.

We welcome families, singles,
couples, groups and it is a perfect venue for any special event or
gathering.
With many guides and outfitters in the area, whether
it's fishing or hunting, jet boat touring, rafting, bird hunting, bear
or mountain lion hunting, horseback expeditions, there are plenty of
activities for you and your party to enjoy while having an experienced
guide to take care of you. A shuttle service is nearby as well
as raft and kayak rentals.
The 'Birdhouse' on Birdhouse Lane, is appropriately
named after a White Bird couple who were avid birdwatchers, and placed
many birdhouses all over the property.
Your hosts, Pat Ringsmith and Linda Bailey will make
your stay as pleasant and comfortable as possible.
While visiting our 'Birdhouse', please respect we
are in the middle of a working cattle ranch, so please make sure your
pets are controlled.
